Diet Plan

Diet Plan 1:

 

  • Calories 1200 -1500: Note Diet plans are not compulsory, you can follow them in order to get the best results.
  • Breakfast: Two boiled eggs+ Cup of tea/ coffee
  • Lunch: Medium size chapatti with homemade salan/ sabzi+ salad
  • Dinner: Two pieces grilled chicken / daal / sabzi / chat / anything without roti + salad

Note: Do consume detox drink and 2-liter water daily.

  

Diet plan 2:

 

  • Breakfast: One boiled egg + tea / coffee
  • Lunch: 100 grams rice + Salad
  • Dinner: Grilled chicken / Daal / kabab with 2 slices bran bread

Note: Do consume detox drink and 2-liter water daily.

  

Diet plan 3:

 

  • Breakfast: One boiled egg + bran bread + tea/ Coffee
  • Lunch: 100 grams whole wheat roti with home made salan in less oil
  • Dinner: 60 grams chapati with home cooked food + salad

Note: Do consume detox drink and 2-liter water daily.

 

Diet plan 4:

 

  • Breakfast:  Slice of bran bread + egg + tea/ Coffee
  •  Lunch: Small chapatti + Homemade sabzi / Daal + Salad
  • Dinner: Same as lunch

Note: Do consume detox drink and 2-liter water daily.

  

Diet plan 5:

 

  • Breakfast: Two eggs omelete made in one tea spoon oil + one bran bread + tea/ Coffee
  • Lunch: Biryani (100 gram rice with one chicken piece) +salad
  • Dinner: Channa chart / kabab / Daal without roti
